I will agree with some people on Twitter and say that this was a great episode of Survivor. However, for some reason, I still can’t find myself getting excited for it like I do with scripted shows. I don’t look at Survivor as a reality show, because we typically relate reality shows with ridiculousness and the outrageous. So, it’s hard to see Survivor in that same mold. So, I think that is why I can still agree that this season has been such a standout from the past few, but still not get me overly excited for each Wednesday. I still think they are diluting the water too much by having two seasons each year. They should settle it down a bit. But, the show still gets killer ratings, so I don’t see them taking my advice one bit.

Happy Halloween! Or, happy day after Halloween I should say. I hope everyone had themselves some fun last night, and that everyone stayed safe and checked all their candy for puncture wounds from needles and the such! God knows we got some crazies out there these days. A friend of mine lives three houses down from some lady who killed her own child, two kids she was babysitting, and even two dogs in the house at the time all because she heard demonic voices coming from somewhere. So, yeah, we think people aren’t crazy enough to lace candy they hand out on Halloween, but then we get reminded that people hear the devil at other people’s houses and go on murdering sprees that don’t end with them killing themselves, and get reminded that maybe we ought to check for those puncture wounds in the damn candy!! Really, I’m just kidding, nobody laced any of your candy with anything!

No non-Survivor news to share with you, or people to call out, so I figure we’d just jump right into the episode, which I felt was a tad lackluster tonight, but still a decent enough episode. I still have to say that this season has been a HUGE upgrade from the past few seasons, which all SUCKED not quite hairy testicles, but the kind of testicles that someone just trimmed and the ends of the hairs still have a little pinch to them. Actually, that would probably be worse than actually sucking just plain out hairy testicles, so maybe I’ll just go back to the hairy ones and skip the trimmed ones, since the past few seasons weren’t stab-your-mouth with pinchy-nut-hairs type bad!!

Don’t ask where my mind had to go for that one.
