Day 10 and something fishy’s going on at Galang. Tyson and Gervase have concocted a little ruse where they drill holes into fallen coconuts and suck out the milk. And so later when Laura Boneham and Monica go with Gervase to collect coconuts, they find the “spent” ones and theorize that crabs must have gotten to them. Gervase is tickled pink at their con, and then Tyson informs us that he’s open to stick with Gervase, since they’ve both lost their loved one. And right now, according to Tyson, Aras is in the driver’s seat, because he and Vytas would be the strongest “couple” post-merge.
At the Immunity/Reward Challenge, which is a fairly physical boat/diving/crates/puzzle/
Key/raise the flag challenge, Galang has to sit out 2 players and while you’d think that Tyson would be one to sit because of his shoulder, he decides to participate and Tina and Kat sit. Perhaps he’s playing up his injury more than it is (something he indicated he was doing for sympathy earlier) but you also wonder if he’s taking a bit of a risk competing in such a physical challenge. We’ll see…
Tadhana gets off to a quick start, with Brad doing most of the underwater work. On the Galang side, Monica is the one who dives the most. Not sure if this is some play on her/their side to cull some favor, but that’s how it goes. Tadhana is enjoying a comfortable lead when…disaster strikes. Carelessly, the tribe lets their canoe tip and two of their crates fall into the ocean. While countless seconds are being wasted retrieving the crates, Galang overtakes them and makes it to shore first. Tadhana follows a bit later and the fight is on! While Galang struggles a bit to put the crates in the right order, Tadhana throws them together and overtakes the Returning Players. Ciera and Vytas then begin to put the puzzle together. Battling against Laura Morett and Tyson, the Tadhana twosome show, once again, why they’ve been to Tribal Council every time. They simply can’t win a challenge. Laura and Tyson figure it out rather quickly, and win the challenge. It’s tea and crumpets for Galang! Tadhana is heading back to Tribal…
Upon returning to the Tadhana camp, we find out there’s a tradition where the guys go “get water” while the girls “make rice.” The “get water” part is code for “let’s decide who to vote off” and “make rice” is code for “how do we stay on this show another 3 days?” However, while the other guys have already left, Brad sticks around to tell the girls who’s on the chopping block: Caleb. Ciera is smart enough to know not to fully trust Brad, but she also knows she’s in a gender minority. When the other guys are finally able to pull Brad away, Caleb is the first to mention that he’s acting fishy, and as easy as it was to get rid of John, it could just as easily happen to one of them. As we head to Tribal, we’re left thinking it’s either Caleb or Ciera that’s getting voted off.

Nice Recap!! I’m really starting to like your writing style 🙂 Wish you would do Amazing Race too!!
Thanks Mom! (I’m kidding, you’re not my mom). But thank you for the support. I truly appreciate it. I’m trying to be funny, it’s just tough sometimes when it’s late and you can’t find a good one-liner. They may say “there’s truth in wine” but let’s hope they start saying “there’s humor in vodka!” Hope someone starts doing some crazy s**t on the show so I can start ripping someone new… Fish
