Did you ever see The Warriors? That Walter Hill classic from 1979 where a street gang from New York is accused of killing Cyrus, the “leader” of the top gang in the city (think Boston Rob in Redemption Island), and now the Warriors have to make their way from the Bronx back down to Coney Island, without getting arrested, shot, stabbed, clubbed to death, or run over. Not of all them make it (oops, Spoiler Alert!) but in the end everything works out. Not exactly sure why they didn’t just call someone else in their gang for a ride, but that’s Hollywood for you.

If you’re over the age of 30 you probably saw the movie, and if you’re under 30, you most likely associate it with the video games that came out in 2005 & 2009. BTW, if you’re in that category, you should really go check out the movie…

Holy smokes, how did we reach episode 10 already! The season is flying by and I still have no idea who’s going to win. It’s pretty obvious that Mike is one of the favorites, but we all know what that gets you on Survivor – instant karma. Let’s see if he does anything tonight to sabotage his standing. The one thing you don’t want to do is lead too strongly. Aside from Boston Rob and Tyler, that doesn’t seem to get you anywhere in this game. Recall last week and Joe’s fate?

It may just be that weak seasons produce weak winners. Remember last season with Jeremy and Josh “leading” the two tribes? Where’d that get ‘em? Two “one-way tickets to Palookaville,” and in back-to-back weeks! It looks like it’s not so good to be leading anything lately. Just ask the President…

Time to disengage from the real world and plug in to our secret world…Survivor, Ring Around The Collar. And while I’m still trying to “get the stain out” from last week’s episode, I’m excited for tonight’s. Although, with the possibility of Jenn throwing in the towel, I’m not super thrilled, but that’s gotta be a misdirect, right? Fish is now climbing down from the ledge and climbing back inside.
